Reservations-

The Easy Way

The first step in reserving your personalized Island Wedding is to call Cheryl at 1-800-937-1346 or send her an e-mail.

You can download and print forms for the marriage license and application here.

The automatic fill-in forms you will find on other web sites are the actual forms the Territorial Court requires. Please fill in the blanks and print. Then sign and FAX to Cheryl will ensure that the proper forms are submitted on your behalf.

When she knows who you are; what you want and when you will be in St. Thomas, she will take a 50% of the estimated total and your date, time and location will be reserved for you.  Although changing circumstances (ship schedules, court schedules, etc.) may sometimes alter your original plan; your wedding is a sacred trust with Cheryl and she will do anything in her power to make it happen in the manner that is best for you.

Reservations can be secured with VISA or MasterCard or by sending a personal check to:  Cheryl Toner, PO Box 7577, St. Thomas, VI   00801

She will send you a confirmation letter listing the services you have ordered; the date; the times; the cost; and what you will need for identification, etc.  Please read this confirmation carefully to ensure everyone is working together.  Sometimes the ships' times don't correspond to local times; sometimes there are different transportation arrangements for different members of the wedding party.

Deposits for weddings that are cancelled are refundable (minus a service charge) up to 2 weeks prior to the wedding.  Couples who fail to appear for their pickups are liable for the entire cost of the wedding.

Weddings scheduled for September require a flat $150 non-refundable deposit in the event a ship changes its itinerary due to storm conditions.  In many cases, we can get you married anyhow, but the costs will reflect the exact arrangements we make for you and where the wedding takes place.

All this sounds more complicated than it really is...  Just ask Cheryl...
