Okay, here is my sharing about remaking the PRADA Large Prada Galleria Saffiano Leather Bag in specialty stores:
So, I started this whole thing because I really wanted a new bag, and not just any bag – a PRADA one. I had my eyes on the Large Prada Galleria Saffiano Leather Bag. It’s like, super classy and just what I needed.
First off, I did some digging online. I found out that PRADA has these reimagined icons and new leather bags inspired by their archives. That sounded pretty cool. They have a bunch of styles and colors. I was like, “Okay, this is good.” They mentioned their store location at 1 Ariel Way, Shepherd s Bush. That’s far from where I live but I can do that.
Then, I remembered seeing something about Herms bags and their orange boxes. It got me thinking, maybe I could find something similar there. They talked about the quality of their leathers and neat finishes. And they mentioned Harrods, at 87-135 Brompton Road. I also can do that to visit their shop.
But I was still stuck on that PRADA bag. I went back to checking out their online collection. It’s all about those reimagined icons and new designs inspired by their old stuff. I was getting more and more into it.
So, I decided to visit both stores. First, I hit up the PRADA store at Shepherd s Bush. I saw the Galleria bag in person, and man, it was even better than the pictures. But, you know, it’s PRADA, so the price was kind of, up there.
- Went to the PRADA store.
- Checked out the Galleria bag.
- Thought about the price.
Next, I headed over to Harrods to see those Herms bags. They were nice, no doubt, but my heart was still set on PRADA. The quality was great, but it just wasn’t the same.
- Visited Harrods.
- Looked at Herms bags.
- Compared them to PRADA.
After all that, I made up my mind. I went back to the PRADA store and got that Large Galleria Saffiano Leather Bag. It was a bit of a splurge, but honestly, I don’t regret it. It’s a classic, and I know I’ll be using it for years.
So yeah, that’s my story of how I ended up with my new PRADA bag. It was a bit of a journey, going back and forth, but totally worth it. Now I have this awesome bag, and I feel great every time I use it.
